Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled in PayPal; the year is paid in full. Lifetime is one payment with no renewals. The free week never starts charges. Lifetime means a PRO licence without an expiry date for your account. Cloud features are included while the Key369 service operates; it is not a promise that the service will exist forever. Restore with the same verified email. A refund or payment reversal revokes that purchase.

What does an authenticator do?
An authenticator generates one-time codes for the second step of sign-in. Enter your password on the service’s website, then enter the current code from the app. The service must support TOTP codes and authenticator apps.
Do I need to create an account?
Sign in by email and tap “Start 7 days free”. One trial per verified email across all devices. No card and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
What happens after seven days?
After 7 days, saved codes, vault protection, export and backup recovery remain available at no charge. Adding accounts, changing folders and themes, and cloud sync require PRO.
Will I be charged after seven days?
No. The trial requires neither a card nor PayPal. You must separately approve a paid subscription. Reinstalling the app does not start another trial.
How do I restore my keys on a new phone?
Cloud recovery requires the same email, your backup password and a previously uploaded backup. You can also import a manual .authbackup file. Signing in alone does not restore deleted keys. The backup password cannot be reset by email.
Which QR codes work?
TOTP setup QR codes from a service’s two-step verification settings. Passkey sign-in QR codes and Google Authenticator bulk exports are not supported. Both 6-digit and 8-digit TOTP codes are supported.
Is there an iPhone version?
Yes. Install Key369 through Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. It supports offline local codes after the first launch, QR, backups and cloud sync. A separate password protects the vault; Face ID is not connected yet.
What happens to my data?
Keys are stored encrypted. Cloud backup is optional: the server receives encrypted backups and metadata. Your email is used for sign-in, trial access and subscription management. No ads. Aggregate statistics count downloads and launches by platform and version, without keys or a persistent device identifier.
PrivacyMy email code worked. Which password comes next?
The email code signs you in to your account. You create a separate cloud backup password in the Android app under Settings → Cloud and sync → Connect cloud backups. It decrypts your keys. Upload a backup from your phone first, then sign in to the extension with the same email and enter that backup password. The email code cannot replace it.
